I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at IHOP in Mar 2012
Interview
I went in and spoke to the on duty manager. He asked me very basic, typical questions which were all very straight forward. Only took about 15 mins. He told me he was going to have me meet and have a 2nd interview with another of the managers for another opinion. I currently am waiting to meet with them.
