Question 1
What do you like the most about restaurant management?
It was professional. Hiring manager was professional. Yet it felt informal as well. Good experience...Chain restaurant. But good people. Pro would be that there's plenty of room to grow. But would need to relocate.
I was told they only hire within, but the job posting was public, didn't make any sense to me. With the qualifications that I have he offered a server position. He also kept cutting me off when asking me question, also did not make much eye contact, talked to me with his back turned to me. As we interviewed he was packing up before I even sat down to start my interview, Very Rude.
