The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IHOP (Flemington, GA)
Interview
The interview was very calm, it begun with casualties such as hi introducing each other and asking how we are. Following this we began discussing what they needed in a hostess. Following by being hiring and receiving orientation and training information.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IHOP (Tucson, AZ) in Nov 2025
Interview
The interview process entailed of the Manager giving me a rundown of what to expect working there and ensuring if I was okay with all the listed duties, I wasn't asked many questions.
The interview process was straight forward. I went in, asked for an application, filled it out, spoke to the manager, and I got the job within a few days. One of the questions I asked was if they did direct deposit, and they don't, they give paper checks instead.
The process was swift, and they got back to me in a short amount of time. The store manager was kind and friendly. It is like the usual food service industry interview process.
