Apparently mgmt doesn't read their potential hire applications before interviews, interview set up for 3pm but when arriving other applicants there scheduled for same time...then we are interviewed one on one about 20 mins each, I was last so I spent almost 90 mins waiting, not even offered a coffee...except for that very nice people...seemed shocked I'd be applying for the lowest position on the totem pole, I just need a night job and the economy is terrible, and I ain't doing welfare...never heard from...guess I gotta look into welfare...
Apply, wait for a phone call, get dressed up then go and answer a bunch of questions about yourself and your experience and future goals and aspirations. Ask questions about work environment and compensation.

It was a relaxing one on one chat between me and the employer and while asking and answering in polite and calm manner there was a lot of ice breaking that made the interview more manageable.
