The manager was constantly distracted, would talk to the workers that were standing somewhere behind me, would talk over me, and not pay attention when I did talk. She asked if I ever served before, and if I'd be willing to come in the next morning to train. That was basically the whole interview.
My interview was quick and easy. Went in to dine and decided to apply, had my “interview” right after I ordered and was told what day to come in to fill out paperwork to start

I applied online and got a call back the next day. Came in the following day and did the interview. She didn't really ask me any questions, just told me about the job and what it required
