it was a very informative and positive experience. The asst. manager was polite and professional. She ask me if I had every been a hostess before which i told her I had and I gave her references. She ask me had i ever dealt with a neg situation with a customer and if so how did I handle it. I told her that I had a customer who came to me and complained about a waitress and her lack of attention to him and his family, that they did not get food that they ordered, and they said something to her and she in turn was very rude to them. I told them that I personally would address this issue and bring it to my manager, in the meantime was there anything that I could get him or his family, I talked with my manager and she and I returned to the table and rectified the problem to the families satisfaction, and dealt with waitress in a very professional way.
