I applied in-person. I interviewed at IHOP (Columbia, MD) in Feb 2019
Interview
short, easy, and well written questions. He interviewed me on the spot and asked basic interview questions. The thing I think some people experience is they just go by the fly and don't give things a second look. they don't fully plan out their actions and future plans so when asked these questions in an interview they just go by the fly.
Easy interview, assuming this wouldn’t be your first job interview. Overall, if you are prepared to answer question regarding situations and how you’d handle them, you’ll be fine. Be yourself and show your personality.
