2 interviews. First with the assistant manager and second with the GM. Many questions about customer service and behavorial based. Smile a lot. Show them the attitude you would give the customers. Short interviews only about 5 to 10 minutes. after the first round you're basically hired, the second interview is basically to make sure you are consistent with your answers.

I was waiting at a table, till the assistant manager came ask what position I was looking into. He gave me the papers to fill out and then asked me to come to the next part of the interview an other day. I come back and the manager asked when I can start working. I answered as soon as possible. He asked what do I want to do in my future and how long I plan to work there. I think I got hired because I could work as soon as possible, spoke Spanish, and would be working full-time.
