I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at IHOP (Houston, TX) in Feb 2012
Interview
The interviewing process was great. Easy not hard questions very basic information about the company. Did not take very long. Interviewer was nice and I was happy. The building was clean the room was dark I was relaxed today was a good day to go out and play hide and go seek. I wish for more days like this. I really need a vacation from myself
Easy, no stress, met with manager during slow period. Talked about what I was interested in, role, expectations, etc. Also talked about typical day, flow of kitchen/galley, and how team works together. Discussed slow and peak times.
