Interview
I had applied to the company three different times. After the third time I got a call a day or two later and did a phone interview then. A 1:1 interview was scheduled for the next day. When I went in I met with the Director of Operations for my interview. She asked what my goals and expectations were and I told her then that I would like to work my way up and maybe one day become a Manager myself. And I am happy to announce that I have made it to a Team Leader and Certified Trainer already. My manager has his ups and downs, but what people don't realize is he is hard on people because he knows that they can do better. If someone comes in late, They are written up and if it continues they are suspended and if it still continues then they are terminated. Tardiness is not acceptable in none of our eyes. When I am the MOD on a shift, If I don't get a phone call letting me know that they are running late then it is written down in the log book and they are sent home when they come in. It is simple as that. We run our restaurant like it is supposed to be ran. We have fun but we also are there to make sure the guests have a pleasant expierence.
