The interview process was very easy and the manager was very friendly. I came dressed in business casual attire. I was interviewed at one of the restaurant tables. I introduced to all of the restaurant mangers. I was asked some questions about my application. I was told about how they ran their business. I was introduced to the person that would be training me.
