I applied online and got a call a couple weeks after. When I went it the interview lasted 10 minutes and I was hired. All they really asked was if I was available to work weekends. It was a pretty straight forward interview.
It was a typical interview. They asked question about past experience and described ikea culture.Even though I knew i wasn't excited about working for ikea, in this economy I decided to give it a go.
Fueron varias etapas, la última tienes que hacer una entrevista grupal donde te plantean un caso de una familia y tienes un presupuesto con el que venderle. Después está la fase de entrevista personal. Mi recomendación es que se te escuche en la dinámica grupal pero no te pongas por encima de nadie quieren ver también como interactúas con los compañeros
