Interview
First there was a relatively quick phone interview and then a STAR based interview with the head of the recovery department and one of the Leads. I was shown around the back of recovery and was told the background check would take up to 3 weeks. I was called back and told the position had been eliminated however she wanted to give my name to someone in the food department. I told her that was fine and I was called again, did another STAR interview and asked to come back for a final interview which ended up being a quick meeting with my new manager and a cheek swab drug test. Entire process took about 6 weeks.
