I had an introductory interview via phone. It lasted an hour or so. The internal recruiter stated at the beginning that she wants to know why I apply for this position and who I am. I got general questions as to who I am and also 1 general question as to the merits (responsibilities in my current position). Then, after a month or so, they invited me to the personal interview with my boss-to-be and senior internal recruiter. They also asked me to do a test before the personal interview (referring to my personality). The test took around 30 minutes and had maybe 100 questions as such: what is more important to you (a) annual bonus, (b) atmosphere in a group, (c)..., (d).... etc. This is not an actual question from this questionnaire but you can find this kind of psychological test on the Internet and what is important - you cannot prepare for this test. You should fill it in being honest.
