Took them three interview steps to choose me from over 25 candidates:
- group test/personal test
- private interview with HR and Interior Design Manager
- private interview with my -future- Supervisors
The interview process was good - unfortunately not the job.

Several different interviews. The ability to meet lots of team members. They valued new and fresh input. Comfortable setting. Details about the 4 design styles, age, income and room size portfolios that will need to be practiced.
