Not just because I didn't through to next stage.
Painful to get hold of the HR Manager dealing with this role. She seemed so scatty it was very off putting to work for IKEA. I went through a telephone interview process after 3 attempts to get hold of her as she didn't show up to our arrange telephone interview meeting.
Even though it wasn't a requirement to speak German they rejected me on the basis of that. Awful process, wouldn't go through that again! Also seemed like a very old style and old fashioned way of working at IKEA.

Ricordo di aver applicato per la posizione tramite LinkedIn e di essere stata ricontattata per e-mail, quindi primo step scrematura del cv e relativo match. Successivamente (perlomeno nel mio caso) ci sono 3 colloqui a distanza di tempo da sostenere, anche per uno stage. Si parte dal primo colloquio attitudinale fino ad un colloquio tecnico.

O processo seletivo é longo e possui várias etapas. Cada uma delas é realizada através de entrevista remota. O nível de questões se tornam mais difíceis conforme se progride no processo.

Prima telefonata conoscitiva di 10 minuti con la recruiter, veramente gentile e disponibile. In seguito ci siamo accordate per il colloquio attitudinale; quest'ultimo è durato circa 30 minuti e mi è stato chiesto di parlare del mio percorso, se conoscevo l'azienda, cosa avrei voluto fare in futuro e se mi sarebbe interessata la posizione. L'esito dell'attitudinale è arrivato il giorno dopo, chiedendomi la disponibilità per il colloquio manageriale. A mio avviso quest'ultimo è stato fatto in maniera approssimativa e poco interessata (è stato più approfondito il colloquio attitudinale di quello manageriale). Poi ho avuto dei problemi con un test attitudinale, ho chiesto informazioni ma sono spariti.
