Interview
They have two steps of interview. One was with the HR manager and the Department manager. Where they want to learn more about you and also tell you more about the role. The second interview is what they call the "grandparent" interview as it is with the sales manager. Once you get shortlisted from the fist interview they organise a grandparent interview.
