I was contacted by an IKEA recruiter within a week of applying to set up a phone interview with him directly. After that I scheduled a second phone interview directly with the head of the team I would work with. Both phone interviews went well but due to a larger project at my previous job, I considered withdrawing from consideration. I wanted to ensure I had enough time to help the transition. IKEA had reached back out to me that they were willing to work on timeframe up to a couple months if I was still interested. From there, I scheduled an on-site interview. The entire staff, both those I interviewed and those I interacted with briefly, were very welcoming. I got a tour of the office and loved both the layout and design. I went through a couple one on one interviews over the course of about 2 hours. I heard back within a week with an offer and happily accepted. Throughout the interview and onboarding process, the recruiter would get back to me immediately with a thorough answer to any question I had. Really could not have had a better experience.
