I arrived for an interview on a hiring event day. I was treated kindly by the welcoming group and felt comfortable while waiting. I was then taken to a discreet location for discussion. Ms. Bailey was kind and open with all of the requirements for an Active Selling Co-Worker. I left the interview feeling positive and excited about being hired for this position by Ikea.
