The interview process was very pleasant with IKEA. I wasn't sure where exactly the coworker entrance was, but after asking one store associate I found it easily. I really enjoyed that they let you into the "coworker" area for the interview as it gives you a good feel for the attitudes of coworkers as they were entering and leaving work for the day - all seemed to be in very good spirits. It was notable that all employees - no matter what level - all could speak openly with one another.
