applied online, got a call a few months later and did a phone interview, then got called for a interview with a manager. straight forward questions like give an example of a time you used logic to solve a problem, what do you do when you make mistakes etc...interview was pretty easy going, manager was nice. i got a call a week later saying that i got the job.
