Interview
The interview process was awesome. All mangers were friendly. It was like a conversation with some structured questions. Questions were based on prior experience, behavioral based. Each scheduled interview took about one-hour, but the time seemed to go by quickly.

Interview
It started with a phone interview from a recruiter which went well, they ask basic questions about you and your experience and how it relates to the roll you're applying. There were then 2 separate on site interviews with your direct supervisor as well as the store manager after you make it through the first round. After the interviews which vary from situational questions to more getting to know you, you will get a final call from the recruiter offering or letting you know you were not selected.
