I applied ontgeir website and got an email for the video interview around a week later. Was given 3 days to complete it and it had 3 questions, typical interview questions. Currently about to attend in person/group/assessment interview.

At the group interview stage there were 25 candidates and at the end I saw roughly 8 make it in.
Group interview and One on One were held on the same day and took the better half of the morning and early afternoon.

1. Can you sell this particularly IKEA item as a group?
I was interviewed by two people. They were very friendly and it was quite informal. They gave me plenty of time to ask my own questions. Overall, it was about as pleasant as an interview could be.
