I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IKEA (Hedehusene)
Interview
First a detailed application online including CV and cover letter. Then invited for a solo video interview where you answer quedtions alone, very impersonal. After that, invited to an in person interview where it was shockingly bad. Was asked a lot of personal questions, and then suggested I look into their “womens” team who handles much lighter goods.
Also despite their job posting suggesting you could train for a forklift with them, I was told to not apply to any warehouse positions anywhere without first obtaining one. This location and the team leader did not reflect the Ikea values portrayed by the brand.

Question 1
Are you going to have kids? When? Can you have kids?
Casual questions, like your previous experience, to tell positive characteristics of your self, why you want to work here, etc. Also if you want to ask something about the job or the company etc.
They ask you about yourself and ask how you fit with their company values. For example they would tell you about the value and then ask you a time in your life where you have related to that value.
