Interview
I had an interview at IKEA where the vibe was really collaborative and down-to-earth. They asked about my past experiences, but they were just as focused on how I work with people and handle challenges. There was a strong emphasis on their values—things like simplicity, togetherness, and putting the customer first. It felt more like a conversation than a formal interview, and I got the sense they really care about finding someone who fits the culture as much as the role itself.
Just 2 interviews and a very friendly process. IKEA care more about the person than the experience and the culture is very strong. First I met with a manager and then with the head of the department.
