Interview
Long interview process, involving in total four rounds. The first round was an aptitude test (fairly easy), second was a panel HR round, third was a communication testing round and lastly, an interview with the operations manager.

Aptitude, group discussion was the second round and third is personal interview with 2 panel members where they concentrate more on communication skills. And Your attention and attitude levels are being tested. Concentrate much on communication skills which will be a plus.
