First you need to give a test based on aptitude and grammar and listening writing skills. If you pass this test then only you are eligible for giving the interview.

Interview process is quiet easy mostly based on English and communication Personal interview will be on meets I think so.... And questions mostly based on the CV and self introduction only They will ask for 1 year bond if they get any doubt but it is just to test that if you stay a long time with them or not and not to worry about that contract.
