The interview process was very arduous for no reason. I applied via LinkedIn and had my first interview with HR about a week later. Which was great! HR outlined up front that it would be 4 different people I needed to interview with (this was for a mid-level role). After that initial interview, it took a very long time to hear back anything (probably 2 weeks at least) and I followed up consistently. After my 2nd interview, I got notice that the entire scope for the role was changing but I was still in the running if I was interested. It took at least another 2-3 weeks for them to schedule the 3rd interview. After the 3rd interview, I didn't hear anything for a while and then right before the end of the year I got a notice that this role was going to be put ON HOLD. An overall very very long process with no result. I probably wasted around 3 months with this company. Although everyone was very nice, they cannot expect candidates to wait forever.
