HR>Manager>SME During the first interview with HR, He went over my experiences and asked questions like why I want to make the transition. On second interview, Manager showed me daily operation and workflow. He also asked few work related questions. On my last interview with SME, he asked technical questions to verify what I know. During all three interviews, it was feel like having a lunch with team members and having a casual work related conversation.

Interview
My initial interview was with HR recruiter, and it was an enjoyable conversation. I was scheduled for three subsequent calls with manager, team lead, and VP respectively. The calls were all informative and professional. I was given the window of when I would hear from them on a decision, and they followed up as expected.
