Interview
5 step process, couple of interviews and a psychometric. Psychometric consisted of a memory test and some mental math problems. Video interview had 2 behaviourals and 5 technical questions. Phone call was behavioural. Technical interview after had 2 questions, 30 minutes given to each. Final day consists of 3 technical and 1 behavioural interview.

Question 1
There are 27 race cars, you can only race 5 of them at a time. You have no stopwatch. What is the minimum number of races required in order to pick the 3 fastest cars.
Neurolympic games (can find online) then hire vue where really you just have to answer maths question correctly followed by hr interview then final round. Most straightforward maths questions as well as market making games

3x3 square. Probability of starting somewhere moving twice and ending up on an even number.
1st round was neurolympics (reflexes, reasoning, etc...) , 2nd was a one way video question interview consisted of 3 questions 2 were personal and 3rd was probability and after had 1st round interview with hr 45 mins

It consists of 5 stages, CV plus cover letter, Neurolymics test (cognitive test), one way interview, HR interview (behavioural, market making and quant questions) and incoming in person interview in Amsterdam office.
