1) CV screen
2) Neurolympics test, 45 mins + of games that test your brain, from memory challenges to reaction time tests. You get a report afterwards highlighting your strengths and weaknesses.

Focus on practising memory games and anything to test reaction time/speed
Online Assessment, If you pass they organise a phone interview with a recruiter. Call lasts around 20-30 mins and goes over classic behaviourals. Overall a good experience but very competitive entry.
First part is an online games/assessment followed by a hirevue type online interview with a technical question. Then a behavioural interview with some brainteasers and market making games. Final round is onsite.
OA, games which are very varied just a general assessment quite long, final round has a few probability interviews some market making games some probability similar to green book, very similar to other trading companies
