I heard IMC sent out an Online assessment and video interview to everyone who applied. The questions were standard behavior questions. I don't have any hope for an offer. blah blah blah blah

Question 1
A graph BFS question and A question of building a stack
I applied online. I interviewed at IMC Trading in Sep 2020
Interview
First stage was a 90 minute HackerRank with 2 questions. This was followed by a one-way video interview which consisted of 10 questions, including technical trivia-style (where you had ~15 seconds to think of an answer) and behavioral questions.
Overall I never got the chance to talk to anyone working at the company as the whole process up to this point was automated.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IMC Trading (Amsterdam) in Oct 2020
Interview
Completely appalling experience, do not recommend it at all!
Coding Challenge -> Recruiter Phone Call -> Video Interview
Did a HackerRank with 2 questions: Knight's Tour Problem and Implement a Stack with Increment Option.
Next step was 15 min phone interview with recruiter, motivational and behavioural.
They advanced me to the next one, a 45 min video interview. In the email they said we will go through my CV and the HackerRank I completed and, to my surprise, when the time for the actual interview came, they only asked hard theoretical true/false + reason questions which I wasn't prepared for.
I told the interviewers what happened, they didn't even take responsibility for this and simply said "there must have been some miscommunication".
Also, the interviewer was bragging about his previous start up and had an "I don't want to be here - you seem dumb and are wasting my time" attitude during the interview.
Lots of red flags about the company here, miscommunication between departments, people not taking responsibility for mistakes, arrogant employees etc.
