IMEG Senior Structural Engineer interview questions

Their hiring process sucks because their recruiters do not know how to do their jobs. I was contacted by one of their recruiters about some Structural Engineering positions. The first recruiter told me they wanted to interview me for it. After I responded yes and gave some times, the recruiter claimed the position was cancelled. Who does this crap? I wondered if they were doing this so they could me their EEOC requirements. The second time I was contacted by their recruiter, I was contacted by one of their recruiters for a Senior Structural Engineer position for their San Francisco office. As soon as their recruiter contacted me, I was told the job they contacted me about was not available. I got told by that recruiter all of their posted jobs are fake or for internal promotion only. The recruiter was a complete moron. Then the recruiter wanted me to interview for other lower paying positions. That recruiter did not set up the promised interviews and ghosted me. I posted our conversations online so people could see what their interview process looks s like. IMEG had them removed them because it made them look bad. I can only imagine how they design their structures if the interviews are any indication. People should not waste their time interviewing there because it is a waste of time. All you will get is a big disappointment because they have no trouble finding candidates they can exploit.
