The process starts with a video interview that contains 6 questions to be answered orally and recorded. Some questions include knowledge about interest rate models, a technical problem I confronted and how I solved it using a technical approach. No direct interviewer exists at this step. After that if you are satsifactory, you are called for a skype interview. After that as the last step you are called for a panel interview in Washington.
