Very impersonal and seemed disorganized. Did three rounds of interviews, the first of which was an awkward pre-recorded video interview with no humans involved. The second interview was a virtual panel with an interesting group of staff and it went quite well, but was organized with less than a day to prepare. My third and final interview was canceled literally 1 minute before the interview, after I had taken off work to participate that day - pretty disrespectful of my time and interest.
