There was an online form to fill out which asked you to highlight how you have demonstrated your qualities and what positive characteristics you possessed. Then I was invited to a group assessment day at Wimbledon. They assessed how we were at performing the tasks relevant to the job and we each had 10-15 minute interview with the 2 managers there.
