HR presented nice discussion points and posed thoughtful questions; department interviewer gave good indications of what the job would be like and was very willing to answer questions. However, did not adhere to stated timeline for response and promptly ignored inquiries for updates until HR mailed out a letter.

Describe a situation in which you led a group and had to persuade others to follow.
Applied online. Was contacted about a month later and was asked to come in for interview. Had to fill out an application in the waiting area upon arrival. Overall, the process was painless.
