Interview
I had four interviews total. The first was with another Associate Developer who showed me what the software for the company is like. Then I met with his superior. Next I met with a consultant and finally with the owner of the company. They were all very nice and the process went smoothly.

Question 1
They asked me why I was interested in the company, position, and the financial sector specifically. There were technical questions in the second interview, but not an assessment of any kind. They were more interested in my ability to learn on the job and collaborate with others.
