Interview
It was a video interview. Overall there were pretty standard questions as one would expect. Nothing particularly out of the ordinary. Person interviewing was courteous and professional and communication with staff was good.

This was a first round interview that was acquired through a college job fair. It was a typical STAR interview. The interviewer was someone who worked at the plant that they were hiring from. Very laid back and conversational.
