I made initial application via their website in the Careers section. I received a email requesting a video meeting. This first interview was with a contract HR company who did the screening. Since I passed this I was invited for another video meeting with the hiring Manager, It was successful so I had another video meeting with a senior manager. I was given a small work assignment to present.
