Interview
It was the entire HR department in the room and they each asked questions. It was an easy going experience and they were polite. The questions were straight forward. If you have any payroll/administrative experience it would be a breeze.

Interview
There was an initial phone screen with a recruiter and the HR Manager and then I was called to do a panel interview with the HR team. The recruiter forgot to send me details about the location and neglected to tell me I needed to be vaccinated for Covid which I thought was strange. There are several Ineos facilities near Houston and I needed this information to make sure I was going to the right location. I finally heard back the evening before the interview. The panel interview was interesting. No diversity whatsoever. When I asked what the team liked about their jobs there seemed to be some hesitation to answer the question and it seemed as if some team members were closer to each other than others. I could sense some tension. In the end, the recruiter walked me out and said I would hear back in a week. A week later I didn't hear back and was essentially ghosted but with the awkward interview, I wasn't sure I would accept the offer if I was given one. I found another position closer to home and let the recruiter know within that time frame and still I never heard back.
