The recruiter is initially really friendly, but the gradually as the interview goes on, I sense they discourage me to join.
This is the first time they keep talking about negative things about the company during the interview process, saying I will not develop there professionally, no job stability. I don’t quite get this interview approach, even though I kept saying I was confident I would be able to take care of the responsibilities they mentioned, citing past experiences and how I took care of similar problems. But it appeared I was invited to the interview when the company already decided to move forward with someone else…
