I was called by the HR recruiter to set up an interview. In total, there were two separate interviews. One was with the Accounting Supervisor. One was with the Accounting Manager. Both interviews had the basic interview questions. Such as, education and prior employers.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ING (Amsterdam) in May 2025

the hr explained me that the process require 3 interviews, the first is a phone call with hr, the second is with the hiring manager (no technical questions) and the third i don't remember
