Interview process starts from pre-screening online assessment. 10 questions where are three of them is a coding exercises including SQL. To pass an assessment you should have a knowledge of algorithms , data structure , problem solving, programming patterns, Java collection framework

Given some class name from Java library you should recognize which patter were applied during class creation.
Java and relational database discussion with small live coding task, Very friendly atmoshpere. Second interview focused on your experiance and Agile framework. It was very relaxing interviews, with very positive vibes.
they requested task completion about credit operations.
Then I received a technical interview meeting to discuss the task.
I discussed the task and answered general questions about OOP, Java etc.

Interview
After the initial phone call, I received a Java - spring assignment project as Backend application for bank loan process that employees can create, list and pay loans for their customers.
I developed it as they described but without extra points and a few test cases.
They gave feedback a brief negative response without any detail, in response to my follow up mail asking the application's status.
