I met the HR and technical team. The HR was really amateur that was not expected from a company like ING. She failed at following up the process and her e-mailing skills were the worst I have ever seen. She expected to have a Java project in a word document instead of a Github commit.

Some Java and DB related questions, previous projects etc.
Java and relational database discussion with small live coding task, Very friendly atmoshpere. Second interview focused on your experiance and Agile framework. It was very relaxing interviews, with very positive vibes.
they requested task completion about credit operations.
Then I received a technical interview meeting to discuss the task.
I discussed the task and answered general questions about OOP, Java etc.

Interview
After the initial phone call, I received a Java - spring assignment project as Backend application for bank loan process that employees can create, list and pay loans for their customers.
I developed it as they described but without extra points and a few test cases.
They gave feedback a brief negative response without any detail, in response to my follow up mail asking the application's status.
