Very laid back interview. The interviewer was really nice and made me feel more relaxed. The questions were open and the interviewer was also willing to answer all my questions. I really had a nice time doing this interview.
Interview with team and hiring manager. Process was smooth and well informed.

4-stage interview process, starting with an online test assessing analytical skills and business sense. This is followed by two rounds of case-based interviews to evaluate structured thinking, problem-solving, and communication. Hiring manager asked the HR to ask me many questions prior to the in-person interview. Not sure why he did not just ask them during the interview itself as it was just the next day.
