Eerste gesprek met het hoofd van het derivatenbureau; Vervolgens tweede interview met 2 senior traders.

Motivatie om een trader te worden; wat voor soort trades ik zoal denk dat ze doen; hoe ik succesvol in het leven ben geweest; wat ik denk dat ik ga doen; waarom niet sales of analyst; wat zijn je vaardigheden.

Interview
First a screening call with HR considering some motivational questions and background info. This was followed by a big interview by phone with 3-4 traders at once. Very straightforward in general process. Interviewers in second round did not prepare much questions except for the most senior.

Situational questions on pricing of (not directly related) products from the trading group and actions you would take in certain situations. Followed by some random exchange/markets questions.

They have a nice HR person who accomodate you in every steps.
Send an Email then they will do the rest. But it too slow when they processed you requirements
