Interview
Interview process was too many hoops. Three interviews which were crammed quickly after one another. Recruiter then spent 3 months to confirm whether the interviews were successful and only responded after several prompts
The interviews themselves were fine but last one was unnecessary. Competency based questions relating to the role and opportunity to meet other colleagues.
