Interview

The interview process overall wasn't bad. When I was hired, the branch manager conducted my interview in a one-on-one set up. We joked and this help to cut a lot of the tension. The questions ranged from very easy to tougher that required a bit more on-the-spot thinking. Now, the hiring process has changed a bit. The branch manager and the regional manager sit in together to make a decision together.
