Generally not too formal of a an interview though did ask some competency and scenario based questions. Mostly was a chat with the manager to get to know a bit about each other. Had lots of time to ask any questions.

1st round is online assessment (in which questions are different according to the role applied for, mine has aptitude, linux queries, SQL queries and some data interpretation and behavioral questions.) and second round is technical interview. Overall process has 5-6 rounds.

Be chill The candidate demonstrated strong analytical thinking and a solid understanding of financial concepts relevant to trade processing and risk management. Communication was clear, and problem-solving skills were evident when discussing scenarios. They showed eagerness to learn, adaptability, and good awareness of operational processes. While some answers could have included more technical depth, overall performance indicates potential to grow quickly within the role.
